Haabtec Model “HT25DFV”

The Haabtec Model “HT25DFV” caser is probably our most popular machine.  It is the industries only single head caser that can run  420+ cartons per minute.  It is a long standing favorite to those that use it with the N-8 filler and more recently has proven itself to handle the new Elopak 240 filler.  With a dual infeed, this machine gathers 25 cartons in a pattern and transfers them to the loading section where a vacuum head lifts them and gently places them in a single case.  No more problems from those mixed cases of various sizes which every plant experiences.  This machine is constructed of all stainless steel.  Aurora stainless air cylinders are used in conjunction with SMC air valves.  The machine is controlled with an AVG processor and an AVG 8” color touch screen.  They are built sturdy to last and designed to perform.

The Model “HTMT25V”

The model  “HTMT25V” is our latest and greatest.  This machine is designed to run your plastic eight ounce bottles with ease.  The machine footprint is ten feet long and sits over your existing case conveyor.  It can run speeds to 500 bottles per minute.  The bottles feed onto our matt top infeed and are then put into five lanes.  They are picked up by a vacuum head and gently lowered into the cases.  With only one eye and one limit switch, maintenance is a breeze.  Sturdy, reliable, fast and smooth are just a few good selling points.  This machine is so simple that even a caveman can operate it.  With all stainless construction and all stainless air cylinders it is built to last.  This machine is compact and affordable.  Call for a quote today.

Haabtec model “HTDLDC”

The Haabtec Model “HTDLDC” caser is one of the simplest high speed case packers available to run your gallon and half gallon bottles.  It can be built to run with dairy cases, corrugated boxes, or both.  This can run up to 120 bpm on gallons and 180 bpm on half gallons.  If you are only running gallons and you need a lot of speed, this machine is available with a dual infeed and can pack your gallons at 150+ bpm.  This caser lifts the boxes or crates 4 inches.  The pattern is built above and the bottles drop into the boxes.  Just before they reach the bottom of the boxes, they begin to be lowered at a slightly slower speed than the falling bottles.  This acts as a cushion and catches the bottles like a catchers mitt.  It loads two cases at a time and has a very small footprint.  Less moving parts means less maintenance.  You can also order the caser with gripper heads to gently lower the gallons into the cases.  This machine is constructed of all stainless steel.  Aurora stainless air cylinders are used in conjunction with SMC air valves.  The machine is controlled with an AVG processor and an AVG 8” color touch screen.  They are built sturdy to last and designed to perform.  Call for a quotation today.
